Nicole Anne Erickson, has 12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Staff Development. After completing an accelerated curriculum with the American Airlines Travel Academy in 1997 and graduating with top honors in her class, Ms. Erickson progressed directly into the Corporate Travel Industry as a specialist with the emergency travel team. Her skills in communication were invaluable while handling a very demanding travel schedule for account clients such as, Warner Brothers, Dream Works, and HBO. “My role was to mobilize the crew members and actors of the film industry with few to no complications or delays.” Ms. Erickson’s skills met the challenge and were tested during the attack of September 11, 2001. “The events occurring within the travel industry as well as in my personal life, post September 11, 2001 proved to be, for me, a significant and pivotal change in my career and life as I left the industry in 2006.

In early 2007, Ms. Erickson began her career as a marketing professional with Preferred Health Care, and Satori Pathway, a case management/care navigation company specializing in behavioral programming and late stage dementia care. This role focused on marketing, providing placement, education, diagnostic and medical resources to community based senior residents effected with dementia and or mental illness related to dementia.

With an emphasis on home based services, Ms. Erickson became trained and participated in the development of care standards including, palliative care, behavioral programming, home health/psychiatric nursing, and holistic care for clients suffering from mid to late stage dementia.

Ms. Erickson received her Certification in Geriatrics from UIC/Continuing Education Institute of Illinois in 2009 and is currently retained as a member of Preferred Health Care, located in Itasca, IL.
